Giant Granny Square Blanket



Hi all, 

This blanket was done in only a week.  Yes, only a week, so for anyone not so comfortable in crochet yet try this basic granny !!

I used Elle Chunky Wool and a nr. 6 hook.   I made 40 rows and  the border but you can go as big as you want.    There are no rules.

New lease on life....

Art Deco chair x 2 brought from local auction for R20 each what a bargain!! was in really bad condition as you can see on the before pic had to sand down the teak arm rests (weekend job) before we sent it to be professionally upholstered, and WOW they look brand new so very happy with the result :)

Made these for my demin jacket only added the leaves later, love it!!   Weekend project teacozy had a bit of a struggle my teapot a bit smaller than the pattern but modified it,  did not came out to bad I think.

Sjoe this blog creation has been a learning curb for me, not so hot on the whole cyberworld, but here goes this is my 3rd blanket for the year not to bad considering I am a working mom and I do my housework myself ..............   Heloise
